FORUM EVALUATION for Attendees

Completing the on-line Forum Evaluation, not only helps the 2010 and future forum planners, but will assist with forum committee member, Gail Silkwood's Master's Degree study in Agricultural and Extension Education.

Those who registered for the Forum, whether or not they attended, Once you have completed the survey, your email will be removed from the "reminder" list.

The planning committee truly appreciates all of your comments and concerns regarding the Forum. Attendees who do not have email have been sent a paper copy of the survey.
