Email within Youth Enrollment - The Blue Ribbon program now contains its own email system that provides the ability to control the batch size of emails that are sent as a group.

Fee/Photo Release/Behavior Report - This report prints a listing of members or leaders with a True/False status for Fee Paid, Photo Release, or Behavior Form as shown on the member/leader screen.

Formatting Diskettes - When backing up your data, always make sure you have a clean diskette that has nothing else on it.

ID Labels - This utility prints labels with the member’s name, number and club name.

Label Settings - Label settings in Special|Mailing Labels|Set Up

Member Query Tips - When using the Member Query to make record changes, use the ‘Filter’ option to limit the list member records to be edited.

Multi Youth Enrollment - The Multi Youth Enrollment utility allows the user to access multiple databases from a start menu.

Peer to Peer networking - Suggest stand alone PC (if possible)

Peer to Peer networking on Windows2000 - Make sure your PCs have users listed as a Power User OR Administrator

Project Score Report - This report identifies the Advisor’s scores entered into the “Score” field of the member project record.

Property Settings - If you are having problems printing labels and other reports, or your settings are running off the screen certain settings on the computer must be set properly.
