How to Help . . .
Donations are needed for both the Live and Silent Auctions. The proceeds from the sale of those items are returned to the donating group in the following manner:
- The first $100 raised at the auction by the items specified to the group is retained by the Advisory Board to meet expenses.
- The auction amount above the first $100 is split 50/50 with the group and the Advisory Board.
There is also a large need for Door prizes to be handed out during the Forum. Check your closets for re-giftable items to donate.
Donation of snacks and drinks will be gladly accepted at the Forum to stock the Hospitality Room. This is the NW Districts opportunity to play host to 4-H volunteers, teens and faculty/staff from around the state. Let’s feed them well.
