2013 KYG REGISTRATION INSTUCTIONS
- Collect all county delegate and chaperone forms.
- Make copies of forms needed for county and to turn in at conference registration.
- Mail, FAX, or scan and email, registration Form A, C, & D to: nancym@wsu.edu. Mailing address:

- You will need to make ONE registration payment for everyone in your county group. The 4-H Foundation can accept check, Visa, and MasterCard. You do not need to pay when you send in your registration forms, but all payments MUST be received no later than the KYG Conference Check-in on Saturday, February 16, 2013.
- Please read and sign the cancellation policy on the bottom of the registration form.

Forms A, C and D are required by the KYG Conference Planning Team. Counties should have copies of Forms B, C & D to travel with the student.
