Registration deadlines and cost:
- Early registration deadline May 16; cost is $115
- Regular registration deadline June 16; cost is $125
Online Registration Instructions Read First!
(NOTICE - There are two important parts of the registration process)

Part One
- Click on the “Register Now” link.
- Complete the online registration and select method of payment.
- Registration is not completed until you have clicked the “Finish My Registration” button.
- If you need to make a change to your registration, you must contact Susan Butts, WSU Center for Distance and Professional Education; email sbutts@wsu.edu or phone (509) 335-4097.
- If you are paying for your registration with a check, please make out the check to “Washington State University” and include your name on the notation line on the check. Mail payment to:

If you need to cancel your registration, you must email Susan at sbutts@wsu.edu. Cancellations received after May 31 will be refunded the registration fee paid, except for a $50 service fee.
Part Two
- Print copies of all Registration forms, including:
- Parent Releases
- Health Form
- Code of Conduct
- Get the required signatures on these forms.
- Make a copy of these forms to bring with you to State 4-H Teen Conference.
- Mail the signed original forms (5 pages) by June 20th to:

Any youth who arrives at the Conference without submitting these forms will be sent home.
