Who? 
For teens grades 7th through 12th

When?
Annually, each fall, usually September or October

Where?
There is one rally in each of the four districts: NW, NE, SW, and SE. All counties, and youth, within the district are encouraged to participate.

What?
A weekend get-a-way for educational workshops, meeting youth from other counties, learning more about 4-H, listening to motivational speakers and a whole lot of fun!

Why?
To bring together young people to share 4-H Club and county experiences, develop leadership skills and build new relationships to expand individual resources and make the 4-H program better. Youth and adults partner to coordinate, cooperate and collaborate across county boundaries. District youth representatives for State Ambassadors, and the State 4-H Advisory Board are elected at the rallies.
