AGENDA

4-H Group Facilitation (good for other groups too!) Part 2

Presented by: Ann Hennings and Bridget Rohner
Core Competency: Organizational Systems

Level II - Basic Facilitation Training Series  - is designed around the group situations 4-H staff across the state aim to facilitate in their daily work.  Bridget Rohner will help you reaffirm your personality style and recognize personality styles in group work.  We'll hone your facilitator's line of response to sticky behaviors.  I guarantee - you won't see your groups back home the same!  You'll recognize groups go through ages and stages, too.  We'll practice picking decision-making processes to match stages.    I hope you can join me in growing our facilitation skills as a staff of 4-H educators in Washington State.
